How does the booking process work?

After you've chosen the desired date, we'll forward the photo permit agreement to you. Upon signing the agreement, we'll then provide you with payment instructions.

Am I allowed to use any photographer?

Certainly, you may engage any photographer, provided they can furnish a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Is it possible to extend the duration with additional hours?

Certainly, each extra hour incurs a fee of $75.00 per hour.

Am I permitted to postpone the session if necessary?

Certainly, kindly notify us at least six hours prior to the scheduled session if you require a postponement. You are permitted to reschedule once, and the new session must occur within six months of the original scheduled date.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

Refunds are not provided once the session is booked.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through Zelle. After booking the session via our booking system, we'll provide instructions for submitting payment. Please note that the session is not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Am I permitted to utilize the entire property?

Yes, the permit is valid during the operating hours. During these hours, the businesses located inside the Cottages are open for operation. Photography clients must be considerate of other visitors and ensure they do not obstruct paths, gates, or walkways within Cauley Square or interfere with the operations of onsite businesses. You are not allowed to use the inside of the businesses.

What kinds of sessions are allowed at Cauley Square?

You have the opportunity to conduct various sessions such as engagement, Quinceañera, wedding sessions, proposal, communion, maternity, and graduation. However, please note that this excludes ceremonies or celebratory gatherings and does not permit model or commercial shoots. Are sessions available on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays?

We are closed on Mondays. During the weekends, Cauley Square attracts many tourists and hosts weddings. To ensure your session is enjoyable, we only offer photo permits on our quieter days.

Are we permitted to bring props?

Yes, you may bring props, provided they are not hung on any part of the property. Additionally, moving any items on the property is not permitted. If you choose to bring balloons, please note that they may not be released on-site. Flammable props such as wish lanterns, sparklers, smoke bombs, or sticks, as well as confetti or sparklers, are strictly prohibited from use during the session.

Do you allow pets or exotic animals?

Pets and exotic animals are permitted, provided they have a caretaker present. If you're renting an animal from a company, the company must furnish a Certificate of Insurance.
